.
Před samotným půstem, a to jakkoli dlouhým, doporučuji určitě projít přípravnou fází.
Fyzicky i psychicky.
Díky tomu můžeme vše pomaleji a vědoměji vnímat. Mohou se nám otevřít jiné úhly pohledu na cokoli, mohou přijít nápady, mohou se objevit tužby, potřeba kontaktovat někoho, s kým jsme dlouho nemluvili a mnoho dalších vjemů. Když si to dovolíme a ten půstový čas sobě věnujeme.
.
Krása je všude kolem nás…
Radost si můžeme udělat drobnými maličkostmi…
Pěkné pocity můžeme získat i v úplném klidu a zpomalení…
- Očista těla i duše, pokud si to dovolíme
- Úbytek na váze
- NESKUTEČNÝ NÁRŮST ŽIVOTNÍ ENERGIE
- Pocit restartu těla
- Touha pozměnit stravovací návyky
- Možnost zbavit se závislostí
- Získání odvahy a odhodlání
- Větší chuť do života
- Radost z maličkostí
- Vychutnávání si veškerého jídla
- Větší pozornost jídlu při jídle
- Zpomalení při jídle
- Jezení do „polosyta“
- Příval nových nápadů, námětů, chuť do akce
- ÚSMĚV OD UCHA K UCHU
- A mnoho dalších
